Our water bodies are gradually choking with waste and unused plastic dumped in oceans that is also destroying marine life. The physical suffocation that they cause, their constant leaching of chemicals and colouring agents, and their breakdown into micro-plastics is causing devastating effects on reefs, water temperatures and lifecycle of acquatic animals. This can be changed!
Clothing and garments made from the reuse of such plastic can bring down the amount that goes into our oceans, and help us find more sustainable alternatives. It is in our hands to make this happen.
OUR MISSION STATEMENT
Upcycled Medical is leading the way in change. Instead of using crude oil to make new plastic, we aim to turn existing waste plastic into upcycled clothing. In the future, we will not just be creating new clothes, but using the plastic pellets to produce diverse products such as PP pellets shopping bags, PET sourced designer clothing, and various other merchandise from HDPE Pellets.
By using different kinds of plastics to create a vast variety of products, we aim to manufacture them at scale. This will ensure that there is no need to create new plastics for the future, thus saving our fuel sources and solving the serious issue of climate crisis.

Any change must and should begin from us. Our mission therefore is to inform and inspire the change with our actions, change public behavior and provide alternatives to end plastic pollution.
We hope to do all of this by collaborating and partnering with social groups, charity organisations and waste collection initiatives across the world.
CLOTHES MADE FROM PLASTIC
Our work is a culmination of a dream! Making quality clothing from Upcycled Plastics is something we've experimented with for long, and it is wonderful to see it being worn by doctors and healthcare workers.
We have created functional, comfortable garments like doctor's scrubs, caps, capes, coats, masks, medical gowns and curtains, making them accessible to everyone!
CONCLUSION
As a larger part of Upcycled Medical's endaveour, we collect waste plastics from many locations encouraging people to upcycle. This plastic will create future merchandise for our clients and will stop plastic ending up in the oceans and landfill sites around the world.
There are so many things we can create from Upcycled Plastic. We are hoping that we will never have to make anything from new plastic. If we all recycle it will just make a remarkable difference to the world we live in.
